How much does a new water heater cost in Dubai?
The heater itself is only part of the bill. Budget 50-litre electric heaters sell from roughly AED 300 in UAE shops, while 80-litre and premium models cost considerably more. Installation, a new safety valve and removing the old unit add to that.
Market prices for a replacement 80-litre heater, unit included, run from about AED 600 to AED 1,400 in Dubai in 2026. Most of that spread is the brand.
