📏 Site Survey
We inspect the hood, duct and fan, then send a written quote.
🔒 Isolate & Protect
Gas and power are isolated, and equipment and floors are covered before work starts.
🧽 Full Degrease
Filters are soaked, the hood and accessible ducts are degreased and rinsed, and the fan is cleaned.
✅ Final Walkthrough & Report
We walk the system with you and send a cleaning report with photos.
Good To Know
Hard access
An extra charge may apply to hard-to-access sections, such as vertical risers, rooftop or ceiling-void ducts, ducts without access panels, or work at height. The charge is always shown in your written quote before work starts.
Rooftop sections
Rooftop duct sections beyond standard reach are quoted separately.
Access
We need access to the hood, the fan and any duct access panels. If panels are missing, we will advise you on the options.
Warranty covers workmanship
The 30-day warranty covers workmanship. It does not cover repairs, parts, or damage from grease build-up after handover.
