Good To Know
A leaking tank can't be repaired
If the tank body itself is leaking or rusting through, that's a replacement job, not a repair. See Water Heater Installation.
Every repair gets the correct safety valve
A Trakhees (PCFC) safety circular for the areas it regulates requires certified heaters, with the thermostat and pressure relief valve replaced every two years. We never bypass or plug a dripping valve.
Service once a year, ideally before winter
Most faults build up slowly and invisibly. An annual service, done before the cooler months, catches them early.
Commercial AMC is priced per building
Every building is different, so AMC contracts are priced per unit after a free site survey, not off a fixed list.
VAT is not included
All prices on this page exclude 5% VAT, added at the time of quotation.
