Good To Know
Same price for apartments and villas
Same package, same starting price for apartments and villas. Bigger homes cost more because there is more to paint, and we always confirm the price in writing first.
Size limits
Starting prices are for standard-size homes. Larger villas, oversized units and high ceilings are priced by area after a site assessment.
Choose your colours up front
We can match an existing colour or help you pick one. Agreeing colours before the job starts keeps the quote final.
Add-ons are quoted after inspection
Exterior work, wallpaper removal, major repairs and similar extras are priced once we have seen the space.
Check your building's rules
Some communities and towers need a NOC or work permit for painting. We can guide you through this when you book.
Warranty covers workmanship
The 30-day warranty covers peeling, flaking and patchy coverage from the painting itself. It does not cover damage caused after handover.
