The short answer
A professional villa paint job starts with an on-site inspection and a written quote. The work then goes in order: protection, surface preparation (putty, sanding and primer), two coats of paint, and a final walkthrough. Our inspection charge is waived when you book.
What a villa painting job includes
A full villa job covers the interior walls, ceilings, stairwells and common areas, and can include the exterior facade. A good quote should list each area separately, so you can see exactly what is being done.
- On-site inspection, measurement and written quote
- Protection of floors, fixtures and furniture (masking)
- Surface preparation: crack filling, putty, sanding and primer
- Two coats of paint, unless you agree otherwise
- Clean-up and a final walkthrough with you
What changes the price
No two villas are alike, so the price depends on the work, not a flat rate. The main factors are:
- Total wall and ceiling area, and how many levels the villa has
- Condition of the walls: cracks, damp marks or old flaking paint need more preparation
- Ceilings and high walls, which need scaffolding or extra access
- Paint type and finish, such as washable or weather-resistant paint for exteriors
- Colour changes, which can need extra coats to cover properly
Interior and exterior villa painting in Dubai
Interior painting is mostly about finish and preparation. Exterior painting has to deal with heat, sun and sand, so weather-resistant paint and proper surface prep matter more. Exterior work is also planned around weather and access, so it is usually scheduled separately from interior work.
How to prepare before the painters arrive
You do not need to empty the villa, but a few steps make the day smoother and protect your belongings:
- Move small valuables and breakables out of the rooms being painted
- Clear wall areas where you can, such as shelves and wall hangings
- Tell us about any problem walls (damp, cracks or previous repairs) during the inspection
- Agree on colours and paint type before the job starts, so the quote is final
What to check before you sign
Ask for the quote in writing, with each area and the paint specification listed. Check that surface preparation is included, not just the painting. Ask about the workmanship warranty and what it covers. Our painting work includes a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Do I get a quote before work starts?
Yes. You always receive a written quote before any work starts.
Do you paint exteriors as well as interiors?
Yes. We paint villa interiors and exteriors, and exterior work is planned around weather and access.
Why does my quote change after the inspection?
The quote is based on what the technician measures and sees on site, such as wall condition, ceiling height and paint type. Once you approve the written quote, the scope is fixed.
