Piping runs affect the price
Standard installation assumes a short pipe run from indoor to outdoor unit. Long runs through walls or ceilings are charged at AED 80 per additional meter of copper piping.
Check your building's rules
Some buildings in Dubai require that installation be done by approved contractors. We can advise based on your area — WhatsApp us with your building name.
2-year warranty covers workmanship
Our 2-year warranty covers issues arising from how the unit was installed. Manufacturing defects are covered under the brand's own warranty.
